Everything you need to know about Men of the Forge brotherhood.

100% free. No hidden fees. Ever.

Men of the Forge is a ministry, not a business. We believe authentic brotherhood shouldn't cost money. Our platform, resources, and support are completely free because we're committed to helping men grow in Christ without financial barriers.

The only cost is your commitment to show up, be honest, and walk with your brothers.

Depth beats breadth. Real brotherhood requires intimacy, and intimacy requires small numbers.

We limit groups to 3-6 men because:

  • Vulnerability needs safety - You can't be fully transparent with 30 guys
  • Accountability requires knowing - You can't carry someone you don't really know
  • Time is limited - Every man needs space to share, pray, and be heard
  • Jesus modeled it - He walked with 12, but His inner circle was 3

Our sweet spot is 4-5 men. That's enough diversity and support, but small enough to go deep.

What's shared in your group stays in your group.

We take security and privacy seriously:

  • Data encryption - All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Private groups - Your check-ins, prayer requests, and discussions are only visible to your group members
  • No selling or sharing - We will never sell your data or share it with third parties
  • Covenant confidentiality - Every member commits to keeping what's shared confidential
  • You control your data - You can delete your account and data at any time

Brotherhood requires trust. We've built the platform to protect it.

The process is simple:

  1. Register - Create your free account and complete your profile
  2. Review the Covenant - Read and commit to the Men of the Forge Covenant
  3. Start your group - Invite 2-5 men you know who want to walk this journey together
  4. Meet your brothers - Schedule your first gathering and begin the journey

The best groups start with men who already know each other—friends, coworkers, church brothers, neighbors. If you need help finding men or getting started, contact us and we'll do our best to connect you with resources and guidance.

Consistency is more important than hours logged.

Typical rhythm:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly gatherings - 90-120 minutes for Word • Walk • Fire
  • Daily spiritual check-ins - 2-3 minutes to track your walk and share needs
  • Ongoing communication - Text, call, or pray as needed throughout the week
  • Quarterly Forge Weekends - Optional extended time for deeper connection (recommended)

Brotherhood isn't about filling time—it's about prioritizing what matters. If you can commit to showing up consistently, you can do this.

Life happens. Grace is given. Patterns matter.

We understand:

  • Kids get sick
  • Work emergencies come up
  • Travel is sometimes required

What we ask:

  • Communicate early - Let your brothers know as soon as you can
  • Stay connected - Missing the meeting doesn't mean ghosting the group
  • Fight for consistency - Don't let "occasional" become "always"

One missed meeting isn't a problem. A pattern of absence is. Your brothers need you present, not perfect.

Any man seeking a deeper relationship with Christ through authentic brotherhood.

You don't need to have it all together. You don't need to be a Bible scholar. You don't need to hide your struggles.

What we're looking for:

  • Hunger for God - You want to pursue Jesus, even when it's hard
  • Willingness to be real - You're tired of faking it and ready for honesty
  • Commitment to show up - You'll fight to be present for your brothers
  • Desire to grow - You want to be refined, not comfortable

If you're done with surface-level faith and want brothers who will sharpen you, walk through fire with you, and point you to Christ—you belong here.

We're building a comprehensive resource kit to equip your group.

Currently available:

  • The Covenant & Charter - Foundation for your brotherhood
  • Daily check-in system - Track spiritual health and accountability
  • Prayer request sharing - Keep brothers in the loop
  • Scripture engagement tools - Memory verses and group Bible reading

Coming soon:

  • Topical studies on key men's issues
  • Leadership resources for group facilitators
  • Tools for starting and growing your group

Our goal: Give you everything you need to build deep, lasting brotherhood without reinventing the wheel.
