Men of the Forge is a Christian brotherhood platform designed to facilitate spiritual accountability, prayer, and support among men. The Platform provides tools for group formation, daily check-ins, prayer requests, and brotherly encouragement.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. User Conduct and Content

Respectful Communication: Users agree to communicate with respect, grace, and brotherly love, consistent with Christian values.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is:

• Hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate
• False, misleading, or defamatory
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity

User Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant Men of the Forge a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Platform for operational purposes.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Group Privacy: Content shared within groups (check-ins, prayer requests, needs, celebrations) is visible only to group members.

Confidentiality Expectation: Users are expected to honor the confidentiality of information shared within their groups, treating it as sacred trust between brothers.

6. Platform Services

Men of the Forge provides the following services:

• Group formation and management
• Daily spiritual check-ins
• Prayer request sharing and tracking
• Need posting and support coordination
• Victory celebrations
• Scripture sharing
• Group messaging and notifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Not Professional Counseling: Men of the Forge is a peer support platform. It does not provide professional mental health services, medical advice, or licensed counseling.

Crisis Support: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or emergency services immediately.

As-Is Service: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Men of the Forge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct harmful to the community. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
